At FELGO Universe, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital content, immersive scenes, and modular assets for both Second Life users and real-world clients. This policy outlines our approach to refunds and redelivery for digital products.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any purchases made through:

In-world vendors

We offer store credit in qualifying situations — see below.
Store Credit Eligibility
Store credit may be granted at our discretion in cases such as:

Duplicate purchases (same item, same avatar)

Delivery failure not resolved via redelivery

Verified technical issues with the product
Store credit is not guaranteed and is assessed case by case.
No credit is offered for buyer error (e.g., wrong size, accidental purchase, etc.).
Redelivery Policy
Automatic Redelivery
If you purchased an item through the Second Life Marketplace, you can request a redelivery from your Order History:
Go to Your Marketplace Account → Click “Redeliver Item” on the relevant purchase.
This is the fastest and most reliable way to receive a missing product.
Manual Redelivery
If the automatic redelivery fails or the product was purchased in-world, you may contact us for manual redelivery.
Please include:

Your Second Life username

The product name or Marketplace URL

The approximate purchase date

Additional Notes

Manual redeliveries are only sent to the original purchasing avatar.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for L$.

Repeated abuse of redelivery or credit requests may lead to denial of future support.
